Service policy of Bellta group
Bellta build up the concept which always insist to satisfy customers, based on the unique characteristic of cell phone, build up our service net all over the country so that you have the privilege to get the service anywhere you are in China. In terms of the regulation << commodity repair and exchange regulation of mobile>>, all the customers in China, under normal using once the mobile is occurred the following fault which is indicated on the <<commodity performance fault list of mobile>>due to product quality, we guarantee the following service terms:
一、 “Three guarantees” service
Refer to the tenth, twelve term of << commodity repair and exchange regulation of mobile>>, exchange a purchase within 7 days, exchange and repair within 15 days. The guarantee start from the date of invoice.
(一) mobile “three guarantees”
1. repair guarantee: from the date of purchase up to 12 months, it happen the performance fault of mobile without damage according to <<commodity performance fault list of mobile>>, customers have the privilege to get service of repair free of cost.
2. exchange new one: from the date of purchase up to 15 days, it happen the performance fault of mobile without damage according to <<commodity performance fault list of mobile>>, customers have the privilege to exchange new one freely at the original shop.
3. exchange a purchase: from the date of purchase up to 7 days, it happen the performance fault of mobile without damage according to <<commodity performance fault list of mobile>>, customers have the privilege to cancel the purchase.
(二) Accessories guarantee
1. Battery: from the date of purchase up to 6 months, it happen the performance fault without damage, customers have the privilege to get the service of repair free of cost at the original shop or defined service shop.
2. Chargers: from the date of purchase up to 12 months, it happen the performance fault without damage, customers have the privilege to get the service of repair free of cost at the original shop or defined service shop.
3. Microphone: from the date of purchase up to 3 months, it happen the performance fault without damage, customers have the privilege to get the service of repair free of cost at the original shop or defined service shop.
4. Data transmit card (cable): from the date of purchase up to 12 months, it happen the performance fault without damage, customers have the privilege to get the service of repair free of cost at the original shop or defined service shop.
5. Gift: the supplier is responsible for guarantee the same as product.
二、Notice of “three guarantees”
(一) the scope of guarantee limit original mobile and accessories from Bellta.
(二)customer should require the dealer of Bellta to fill in the warrant of three guarantees with chop, the second and third sheet kept by dealer, then the dealer hand in Bellta company.
(三)customer need show the warrant of guarantee and original invoice if need get Bellta’s service, also the label of mobile backside could not be taken away.
(四)within the validity of three guarantee, customers need show the warrant of three guarantee and original invoice if need service; if not, repair free of cost within 12 months without exchange a purchase service.
三、Declaration out of guarantee
(一)Three guarantees” is only valid under using normally if happen performance fault, if damage also the below terms is out of guarantee. But Bellta offer the repair with reasonable charge.
1.mobile damage due to misuse, fault, mistake and disaster by user or the third person ( such as: influence by liquid, force, scratch and shatter)
2.dismantle by user, repair by other shop which not authorized by Bellta.
3.use other accessories not approved by Bellta, using , maintenance not under our instructions, or due to transportation and other unexpected reasons.
4..incorrect using or operating lead to the fault ( such as high temperature and humidity environment).
5. wear parts is out of guarantee, such as label, outer parts.
6. the guarantee is expired.
7. no warrant of three guarantee and invoice.
8. content of three guarantee warrant can not match with commodity label or alter.
damaged mobile and repaired mainboard of mobile in charge is out of guarantee, but Bellta offer repair in charge, as for serious fault e.g immersed water, need be repaired with maintenance agreement.
(三) (Both performance fault which indicate on <<commodity performance fault list of mobile>>and damaged by person is out of guarantee, but Bellta offer repair with reasonable charge.
